Prevail is a small independent white-hat research group. We focus on online safety, public-source research, and responsible escalation of credible concerns.
What we believe
People should be able to use the internet without being targeted, manipulated, extorted, or exploited. Technology can expose problems, but technology alone does not solve them. Good work requires restraint, documentation, and knowing when to hand a matter to an appropriate authority.
Our boundaries
Prevail does not break into accounts or systems, impersonate victims, threaten suspected offenders, publish private information, or distribute illegal material. We do not claim to be investigators with government powers.
Our standard
Every conclusion should be traceable to its source. We distinguish what is known from what is suspected, avoid unnecessary personal information, and prefer a responsible referral over public confrontation.
